The Opportunity:

We are looking for a Territory Manager to oversee the Northern Indiana market. If you have experience working with police, fire, or EMS organizations—or if you are part of that community—we want to meet you.


While sales are part of the role, relationship-building is the priority. This position is about connecting with agencies, working alongside quartermasters and department decision-makers, and ensuring they have the right uniforms and gear.


What You’ll Do:

  • Visit law enforcement, fire, and EMS agencies throughout the region to establish and maintain strong relationships.
  • Measure and size personnel to ensure proper uniform fit.
  • Conduct product demonstrations to showcase gear and equipment.
  • Personally hand-deliver orders when needed to provide exceptional service.

Responsibilities:

  • Build effective relationships
  • Work efficiently independently and as part of a team.
  • Completely understand the requirements of each customers’ order
  • Inspect orders for completeness and accuracy before you hand it to the customer. 
  • Handle pressure to meet tight deadlines.


Education and Experience:

  • High school diploma or GED is preferred.
  • Must have ability to read, write, use a ruler, add/subtract and calculate fractions.
  • Please have familiarity with using computers and online programs. We'll teach you our systems, but the right person will already know how to use the machine.
  • Must be able to receive and carry out instructions provided in written or verbal form.


Details

  • Approximately 40 hours per week, occasional overnight travel (but not often).
  • Pay: $36,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year (based on experience and performance). 
  • Full use of company issued car, computer, and Iphone.

Assistant Store Manager

If you have worked in retail, especially clothing or 'sporting goods' type of experience, we want to meet you. You'll help customers get the right uniforms, you'll ensure our retail displays look great, you'll bring inventory into the store, and you'll build relationships with some of the best people in the community. You'll not only help customers from right here in Central Indiana; but on the phone, you'll be helping people from all over the Country! To succeed here, you just need to work with us everyday with a great attitude; and roll up your sleeves to get the jobs done.

Responsibilities:

  • Create effective merchadising displays
  • Build retail relationships
  • Work efficiently independently and as part of a team. We are like family here!
  • Completely understand the requirements for each customer's uniforms
  • Inspect uniforms for completeness and accuracy before you hand it to our customer. It HAS to be right!
  • Handle pressure to meet tight deadlines.

Education and Experience:

High school diploma or GED is preferred.

This is the best schedule in retail You work 9am to 6pm Monday through Friday (Saturdays are a posibility, sometimes. But not often. Usually if we are doing a team activity like store inventory. Not very often. We share the load here. We are a team).

Approximately 40 hours per week, occasional overtime (but not often).

Hours – 9am to 6:00pm (flexible)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $36,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
