It is our policy to ship your orders as rapidly and with the least added cost to you as possible.

All orders over $199 receive free ground shipping to the 48 states of the continental USA. 

Domestic orders that do not meet the threshold for free ground shipping; as well as orders to Alaska, Hawaii, US Territories, and international customers will only be charged the actual shipping cost based on the real-time connection this website has with the listed shipping services. Our company does not purposely seek additional profit from the shipping fees added to your order.

We can (and often DO!) ship to virtually any address in the world. Please note: there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

Some of our products cannot be exported outside the United States. Additionally, we will ship no products to these countries: Russia, Belarus, Cuba, Eritrea, Iran, North Korea, Syria, Afghanistan, Sudan, and Venezuela.

Our online stock level is updated in real-time with its own dedicated inventory. If the item is shown as in-stock, it is reserved for you and will be shipped immediately - usually within 24 hours. Sometimes, there may be a discrepancy between our online inventory and our actual physical inventory. This doesn't happen very often, but if you order an in-stock item that we don't actually have, you will be contacted with the details (and a ton of apologies).

Nelson & Co has thousands of items in-stock everyday - on this website and in our retail stores. Additionally, there are thousands more products offered that are out-of-stock, on backorder, or might be new and have not yet arrived. When you order one of these items, you can expect it to be shipped to you automatically once it comes back in-stock. We're really good at this - when the item comes back in, our system knows who it belongs to and it tells us to ship the order immediately.

Unless specifically requested, orders that have some in-stock and some out-of-stock items will be shipped once the entire order is available.
